That would eliminate the interactive element and it would be impossible to know which page to turn to. Maybe someone could make a game out of it, but I haven't the foggiest idea how. If they want to, they have my blessing.
Since you have given your permission to make a "game" out of it I'm starting a powerpoint of it that will allow the user to click the different options to advance. I'm new to this and so far it is working, from what I have read I can turn it into a flash type game. When I finish I'll give it to you to post on here if you'd like.

All credit goes to you, I just thought it would be a fun little project to work on lol. I read this last night and its some amazing writing. I'm about halfway through just getting the pictures into power point atm. In powerpoint it works great.. I've got some stuff around the house to get done but should finish it in a day or so.
